Does Sound Nepal provide services outside of Kathmandu?
Yes! We offer nationwide service. Whether your event is in the plains of the Terai, the valleys of Pokhara, or the hilly regions, our team and equipment are equipped to reach you.
How far in advance should I book my event?
or major festivals like Dashain Fest or peak wedding/event seasons, we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. For smaller corporate setups, 2 weeks is usually sufficient, but please contact us as early as possible to ensure equipment availability.
What exactly is "3D Projection Mapping" and can it be done at my venue?
3D Projection Mapping is a technology used to turn objects or buildings into a display surface for video projection. We can map complex shapes like heritage sites, corporate buildings, or custom-built stage sets. A site visit is required to assess the surface and ambient light conditions.
Do you provide power backup (Generators) for the sound and lights?
While we provide all the AV equipment, power backup requirements depend on the venue. We can coordinate with your venue or arrange industrial-grade silent generators as an add-on service to ensure your event never goes dark.
Can you provide professional interpreters for international conferences?
Yes. For events involving organizations like the ADB or international summits, we provide high-quality interpretation booths, headsets, and professional interpreters to ensure seamless communication.
